Description

I've been Having an obsession with Otters lately and I ended up drawing one surfing. I liked the drawing of it so I made it into a digital picture.
To be honest, I don't like how the background turned out. I like the character design more than the background itself. Wow what a fail. Oh well, NOTHING goes as plan in art. Please enjoy.
Be forewarned: I will probably make a lot more otter pictures in the future.

all i can think of is the movie Surf's Up haha,,,,
this looks like a super rad character. ovo if i ever do follow through with more of those requests, i'll probably draw this guy
